Broiled Scallops: About
My Nana's Garlic Butter broiled Scallops
Ingredients

8 Sea Scallops
1 stick of butter
3 crushed cloves of garlic
sea salt
​
Instructions
​
1. In a rimmed baking sheet, season your scallops with sea salt.
2. In a sauce pan or small pot melt your butter with your crushed garlic.
3. drizzle the butter over your scallops and throw them under the broiler for 6-8 minutes.
4. Serve.
​
(You may use any excess butter as a dipping sauce
