My Uncle Sheldon’s Burger and Fries

Fries
Ingredients
6: Medium size russet potatoes
Salt
Canola oil
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut your potatoes into your preferred shapes and sizes.
2. Wash in a bowl until the water is clear after re-adding water.
3. Set on paper towels and pat dry or let air dry then pat dry after one hour.
4. Heat your fryer of choice that is filled with your oil to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
5. Fry your potatoes until they are golden brown on ass sides.
The Burger
Ingredients
5 oz ball of 80% 20% beef
Condiments of your choice
Cheese of your choice
Bun of your choice
Olive oil
Instructions
1. Form your 5 oz beef patty.
2. Heat a pan with olive oil.
3. When the pan begins to smoke but in the patty.
4. Cook on both sides then add your cheese.
5. Assemble your burger with the patty bun and condiments.
6. Serve.
