My Great Grandpa Schugam's Scrambled Eggs and Fried Kosher Salami

Ingredients

3 oz of cubed kosher/non kosher salami

5 eggs

olive oil

salt pepper

​

Instructions

​

1. In a pan, heat up your olive oil then fry your salami.

2. Add in your whisked eggs. 

3. once your eggs are 3/4 cooked, begin to season with salt and pepper.

4. Serve.
