Beef Stew: About

My Dad’s Beef Stew

Ingredients


2 cups of stew beef

1 White onion 

2 large carrots

2 Celery stalks

3 cups of beef stock

1 cup of water

1 optional green onion


Instructions


1. Brown your beef in your pot.

2. Sweat out your vegetables in the pot.

3. Then deglaze with the water and beef stock.

4. Scrape the fond off the bottom of the pot.

5. Add back the beef and simmer on medium heat for 45 minutes.

6. Serve.
