The Larry Burger: About
Great Grandpa Larry’s Larry burger
Ingredients
1. 80% lean 20% fat beef
2. Brioche bun
3. Cheese of your choice
4. Salt
5. Pepper
6. Garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Form two 2 oz balls and mold into two thin but large patties.
2. Put the cheese of your choice and any other ingredients you would like onto one patty (I put american cheese and sliced onion).
3. Place the other patty on the patty with the ingredients then mold them into one patty.
4. Heat an oiled/buttered pan until smoking.
5. Sear the patty until a brown crust forms and the gray cook mark has reached halfway up the patty.
6. Flip the patty and cook to your preferred doneness.
7. Toast your buns in the pan.
8. Assemble your burger and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
