Double Cheeseburger: About
My Uncle Scott’s Double Smash Burger
Ingredients
1. 80% lean 20% fat Ground Beef
2. Burger Bun
3. Cheese of choice
4. Salt
5. Pepper
6. Garlic powder
Instructions
1. In a bowl add your beef and your seasoning.
2. Form two 2 oz balls.
3. Butter your cooking vessel then preheat until nice an hot.
4. Place the balls with a bit of space between each other and smash until they are very thin patties.
5. Once a good crust is formed flip and add your cheese.
6. Remove the patties and toast your buns with some butter.
7. Let rest and serve.
